However being in Oxford the cobble stones on most the houses are lovely so it was amazing to work on a well cobble lined rather then brick lined. A few weeks later we set about cleaning the well of debris, We needed to pump the water out first, we got down to a good level and then found both of our pumps would not keep up with the water flow into the well! Oh well time to get wet! Once we had removed all the debris, we were able to create a solid and good looking base for the well. The well was n
